The Rainy Day Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization whose mission is to assist individuals in maintaining homeownership. At the Rainy Day Foundation we understand that even the most well intended homeowners can and do run into short-term financial problems. We also recognize that many first-time homeowners are unable to adjust to the additional financial responsibilities associated with being a homeowner.
